Service Soar — Request permanent deletion of your account and personal data

You have the right to request the deletion of your Service Soar account and all associated personal data. This includes your profile, messages, uploads, listings, reviews, bookings, and account history.

Submit the form below and we will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Important Notice on Data Retention

While we will delete your account and personal profile data, some information may be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. This includes financial transaction records (required for tax/accounting), audit logs, dispute resolution records, and anonymised analytics. Retained data is kept only as long as legally required and is not used for marketing or profiling.
