Our Commitment

We design and build Service Soar to be accessible to the widest possible audience. We test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continually improve the experience for users who rely on assistive technologies.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us — we treat accessibility reports as a priority.

Accessibility Features
Adjustable text size
Increase or decrease font size from 80% to 150% in the in-app Accessibility menu.
High & low contrast modes
Switch between normal, high, and low contrast to suit your vision.
Screen reader support
Semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and live regions for compatibility with VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA, and JAWS.
Keyboard navigation
Full keyboard support with visible focus indicators and a "skip to main content" link.
How to Adjust Accessibility Settings

In the Service Soar app:

  1. Open ProfileSettings
  2. Tap Accessibility
  3. Adjust font size, contrast, motion, and theme

Settings are saved on your device and applied across the app.

Known Limitations

Some user-generated content (such as photos uploaded by other members) may not include alternative text. We encourage all members to add descriptive captions and are working on AI-assisted alt text to fill these gaps.
